Who we are

Gymie provides software that independent gyms use to run their business. Company details will be added here.

Two kinds of data

Gyms give us data about their business and staff. Gyms also keep data about their members in Gymie; for that data the gym decides what is collected and why, and Gymie processes it on the gym’s behalf.

What members’ data is used for

Running the member’s membership: passes, bookings, payments, receipts, reminders and waivers. Marketing messages are only sent where the member has agreed.

Payments

Card and bank details are handled by the gym’s payment provider (Stripe or Xendit). Gymie stores references to payments, not full card numbers.
